Category & Origin: Dry White Wine – PGI Peloponnese

Grape Variety: 100% Assyrtiko

Vineyards: Mountain vineyards of Northern Peloponnese within the PGI zone.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes are transferred directly to the winery. Fermentation takes place at controlled low temperatures. The wine remains on fine lees for 2–3 months with occasional bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes: Bright yellow color with greenish reflections. Aromas of lemon, green apple, and white flowers complemented by subtle mineral notes and hints of herbs. Fresh and lively on the palate with crisp acidity and a long refreshing finish.

Food Pairing: Fresh seafood, white fish, chicken with lemon and herbs, fresh salads with olive oil.
