Category & Origin: Dry Red Wine – PDO Amyndeon

Grape Variety: 100% Xinomavro

Vineyards: Vineyards located in the heart of the PDO Amyndeon zone at elevations between 520 and 720 meters.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes are transported under refrigeration and cooled at low temperature. Cold maceration lasts 4 days. The wine is then transferred to French oak barrels for 6 months of maturation followed by 12 months of bottle aging.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color with bright reflections. Intense aromas of red fruits such as cherry and blackberry with subtle spice notes. Medium to full body with lively integrated acidity and soft tannins. Hints of vanilla and delicate smoky notes lead to a fresh, long finish.

Food Pairing: Grilled and braised meats, lasagna with tomato sauce, roasted vegetables.

Serving Tip: Serve at 16–18°C

RAPSANI RED

Category & Origin: Dry Red Wine – PDO Rapsani

Grape Varieties: Xinomavro, Krassato, Stavroto

Vineyards: Vineyards located on the foothills of Mount Olympus in Thessaly, within the PDO Rapsani zone, at elevations from 300 to 800 meters.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes are transported to the winery. Traditional fermentation takes place in open concrete tanks. Manual punch-downs occur two to three times daily to achieve gentle extraction. The wine matures in French oak barrels for 6 months followed by 12 months of bottle aging.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby color, almost purple. Intense aromas of red fruits such as cherry, spices, oak, and earthy notes. Medium to full body with expressive, structured tannins. Firm acidity and a long, spicy finish.

Food Pairing: Red meats, spiced slow-cooked dishes, traditional Greek cuisine.
