Category & Origin: Dry Rosé Wine – PDO Amyndeon

Grape Variety: 100% Xinomavro

Vineyards: The vineyards are located in the heart of the PDO Amyndeon zone at elevations ranging from 520 to 720 meters.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes are immediately transported to the winery. A short cold maceration follows, with the must remaining in contact with the skins for approximately 6–8 hours. The wine then remains on fine lees for a short period.

Tasting Notes: Pale rosé color with orange highlights. Aromas of strawberry and wild cherry on the nose. Medium-bodied with balanced structure and pleasant texture. Herbal notes and subtle minerality supported by vibrant acidity and a long, refreshing finish.

Food Pairing: Mediterranean cuisine, seafood, fatty fish such as salmon, chicken with thyme and herbs.
